The home is just a short boat ride away from the beach, Pinky's Bar and the Marina. Lake rules apply here and are regulated by the EWA. This home has 4 bedrooms including a 400 s.f. bunk room that walks out to the outdoor patio area. In 2022, the home was completely renovated including an upgrade to all the mechanical systems. The Hvac system, plumbing, electrical and insulation was upgraded to code. The roof, siding, windows, gabled road side porch and the concrete was redone to code.
